Be prepared to “tune in, turn on, and drop out” in this hippy version of Shakespeare’s famous play. Set in the 1960s in a field of gigantic technicolour flowers, this is a chance to experience the hallucinogenic vision of Shakespeare’s dream play. Actors full of physical energy and hippy optimism are invited to turn themselves on in these auditions. We need rebellious teenagers from respectable families, a group of ambitious local actors, a royal couple on the edge of divorce, an over sexed Fairy King and Fairy Queen, and an unruly (not to say DANGEROUS!!) group of the Queen’s fairy woodland followers. And Puck – don’t forget Puck !!! All are invited to the Dream. Far out man!
