Music
The centre is home to its own acoustic music group as well as host to live bands, solo singers and concerts for a wide range of musical tastes and styles, from pop to classical throughout the year. These events involve both professional outside bookings and amateur musicians who come together for the centre’s own shows.

Palida A Cappella Choir
The well known Palida Choir meet each Tuesday from 7.30-9.30pm in the Rutter Room. They are a close harmony group singing group, covering folk, jazz, madrigals and anything else in between!
Cost is £7 per session.

Toddler Workshops
A musical session with dance, music and mime for 2.5 - 4.5 year olds, run by qualified and caring staff.
Runs Monday and Tuesday, 9.30-11am.

Emma and the Magic Bag
Emma runs regular drop-in music sessions for pre-school children and babies
Tuesday mornings, two sessions, the first starting at 9.30 and the second at 10.15am.
Music, movement, singing, rhymes & FUN.
Fees are £5 per child per session (concessions on application and siblings are free).
No prior booking is necessary,
Payment is made direct to Emma, rather than the Arts Centre.
